Big Poppa-"Tremendous cream, ? a dollar and a dream, still tote gats strapped with infared beams"
Juicy-"I was a common thief, now it's up close and personal with Robin Leach"
Warning...really?
I can understand G-Funk being more relatable, but c'mon. -

I always thought the self-titled track owned the album, his last verse on that is humbling and instils faith into the youth, much respect to him for that…
But RTD is minimally on par with MATW and is much more likely to be a greater album to people who have an ear for all the things that you suggested are better about Big than Pac…
Depends on the listener though, it's cool that 'Pac had MATW whilst in prison, that must have been an uplifting feeling to know that his fans still amassed the masses… -
meant to say more mainstream not pop....but its whatever

i always thought g funk era was an overrated album!

Me Against The World title track is one of Pacs most dopest songs and kicks a lot of knowledge

Like I got to be in a certain mood to play MATW, RTD I cant listen to one track and then not go trough the whole album. You can listen to it at any time

Classic
The question I wonder is after death, after my last breath
When will I finaly get to rest? Through this supression
they punish the people that's askin questions
And those that possess, steal from the ones without possesions
The message I stress: to make it stop study your lessons
Don't settle for less - even the genius asks-es questions
Be grateful for blessings
Don't ever change, keep your essence
The power is in the people and politics we address
Always do your best, don't let the pressure make you panic
And when you get stranded
And things don't go the way you planned it
Dreamin of riches, in a position of makin a difference
Politicians and hypocrites, they don't wanna listen
If I'm insane, it's the fame made a brother change
It wasn't nuttin like the game
It's just me against the worldI always thought the self-titled track owned the album, his last verse on that is humbling and instils faith into the youth, much respect to him for that…

After almost 20 years this album hasn't aged a bit. I love to bump it in the car during sunny days. It's fun, positive and smooth album that gives me chills. Warren G career has been so-so ever since, but this is undisputed classic.
