    Yeah I use to drink sodas heavily when I started working at my current job. That's all I drank. But too much of it, mucks wit your kidneys. So I fell back for a long time. I drink it here & there, but not like how I use to. Mostly cranberry juice, ? ale, or other juices.

    I drink water mostly, but when I'm out, I'll drink that mixed with something else, only beverage I drink.

    I like Coke Zero, but if you get a two liter dat ? gets nasty towards the end of the bottle.

    My friend in high school Chris was a skinny ? . Did crew, high metabolism ass ? . EVERY. DAY. at lunch this ? ate about 3 honeybuns, rank soda, at hohos and ate french fries. It would change up, but I'm not exaggerating. And he always had a honey bun on deck in the hall way. Well, after going on like this for a while he got diagnosed with Type II diabetes in our junior year.


    simple sugars spike insulin levels which throws your ? all outta wack. I'm tryna help y'all ? .

    no coke... im a water drinker been that way since my teenage years i prolly drink 5 pops(never finish any of them just sip) a year..

    dont like juice either i bought a strawberry-lemonade from mcdonalds like 2 weeks ago.. . looked so good.. one sip my ? i swear i went into diabetic shock lol like i almost OD on the syrup factor.. smh

    but real talk its like ill sip a pop and spit that ? out like a shot of 151 i think all the years of drinking nothing but water made my body hate that ? ****SHRUG****
