    Ay 6ft5 that lo sweater with the deer ain't something that came out recently is it? I coulda swore I saw a green and blue one in the summer at a discounted price. Im kicking myself now for not picking them up.

    but its funny.. like i was sayin there's no humidity.. when i go back to LA and yall got yall ceilin fans on i be hot and stuffy as a mu'? .. cause its truly 70 yr around for me.. 75 if i change the thermostat. lol 20 out.. STILL 70 inside..

    oh yeh.. @6ft5 ..the property value is low.. but they get u on the backend with the utilities.. my light bill be over 400 during the summer.. 200 is about the norm a month..

    but like i said in another thread... buyin is some last generation ? .. property is depreciating... prices aint bottomed out yet..

    either wait a year or so or rent..
    rent for like say a 3 bedroom go run u 8.. maybe 7..
