They could use it, unless your name is Kubo or Togashi(togashi because of hiatus, Kube because he doesn't put any effort into his ? ), most mangaka work 12+ hours a day.
That's why Oda takes so many breaks now, he is getting older and can't keep up with the pace, plus his kids. -

Yeah but this ? goin' on like he doesn't take a break every two weeks or so. Plus if he's ill, why not just write it and have his staff do the art under his instruction.

Naw that ? is serious about his art work b. The most his assistance do is draw waves in the ocean. Also he would be in much better health if he didn't smoke like a chimney. I swear to ? if this ? dies before he finishes one piece i'm going on a shooting spree.

JapNation AniManga has reported that Japan’s version of the Make-A-Wish foundation made another dream come true as a child suffering from Cancer has allegedly asked for One Piece’s creator, Eiichiro Oda to tell him the ending to one piece.
JapNation AniManga reported that Hinati Fujinami and his family was devastated when doctors told them that Hinati Fujinami has lung cancer.
After months of therapy, Make-A-Wish Japan has allegedly tried to ease the pain of the child by asking him, what is his wish that he would like to be fulfilled.
Hinati Fujinami reportedly said that he would want to hear how his favorite manga, One Piece, ends.
JapNation AniManga reports that Eiichiro Oda was glad to tell the kid how One Piece ends and that he was holding back his tears upon seeing the condition of Hinati Fujinami.
While Oda was fine with Hinati Fujinami learning about the One Piece ending, Oda requested to talk to the child alone so that details about the One Piece manga ending wouldn’t be leaked while he jokingly pleaded to Hinati to not reveal it to the press.
JanNation AniManga noted that at the end of their talk, Hinati Fujinami was reportedly seen smiling but crying at the same time as he told the people that One Piece is “beautiful”. -

I kno' Oda has a soft spot for Zoro and they're headin' to the Wano Kingdom next, but my ? Sanji needs at least 10 chapters of trill. Need to see him take out them Big Mam ? . Lotta people are speculatin' that they're either captured smh or that Big Mam is the ? from Thriller Bark's mother. If so, Big Mam should be on Luffy's side for the Kaido beef
