    Not everyone below 18 is a child".
    I'm allowed to have sex with people younger than 18 in the United States.

    The 30 year old having sex with the 14 year old doesn't affect me, so I do not care, nor do I find it "immoral".

    It would, but it would also affect me if my daughter was 18 having sex with a 70 year old, so such hypotheticals are irrelevant here.

    Morals are subjective, they're not definitive; therefore they don't truly exist. For this reason, I don't subscribe to them.

    but there must be some code of conduct or ethics that you agree with

    you come off like theY should be no rules at all

    that everyone should be able to do anything they want and not be punished

    Not really, people should only follow rules if they are required by society they choose to live in; this way they're less likely to experience the repercussions of breaking their society's rules. If they choose not to live in a society with others or they choose not to follow their society's rules despite the potential repercussions, they should only follow whatever rules they wish to.
