I still have the Turtles in Time game for PSN. They took out a couple of levels from the original SNES game and made it even shorter than it was back in the day.

Starhawk single player campaign will be the next PSN+ game.
Yeah, you saw that right. We now have three, three ways for you to download the exact type of Starhawk experience you’re looking for on September 25th!
First you can get the complete Starhawk experience by downloading the Full version for $39.99. Another option — and this is an insane deal — is the Starhawk: Multiplayer-Edition for $19.99. This includes one of the best PlayStation 3 multiplayer experiences and all of the updates we’ve released since the game originally launched.
Last, but certainly not least, is a another killer deal for all PlayStation Plus members. You guys get the Starhawk: Single-Player Campaign for free. Yeah, that’s right, free. Starhawk is another great addition to the Instant Game Collection that PS Plus members already know and love!
And because I’m a tease, I’ll leave you with this: We have something else very tasty in store for PS Plus Members, so keep your eyes on the blog for another announcement very soon.
But wait… there’s more. As you know just about a month ago we released the Starhawk 1.03 Update that had a ton of new features, including two completely new — and free — maps on the planet of Cypress. The team and I were so stoked to see how happy the Starhawk community received it, that we’re excited to release our Starhawk 1.04 Update on September 25th with more free awesome-sauce, including three new gameplay modes!

Been putting off buying Starhawk for a minute. Gonna give the free single player a try for sure.

I might as well not buy games anymore if they're giving them away...

I played the demo and liked it, but never got around to buying it. Win for me -
Sleeping on BL but it is sorta repetitive a bit later in the game.

LMAO…? I did the same ? thing…somehow it doesn't have the same feel as when you're 10 yrs old and down to you last quarter…you can just special power your way thru the entire game…
Comix Zone was straight asstastic when it was originally out…I hated that ? game

NFL Blitz will be the next " free" game for PSN+ in North America.
On October 2, Borderlands will drop out of the IGC, so any Plus members who want it for free should grab it now. In its place, Sony is adding NFL Blitz, free for all Plus subscribers. Plus subscribers will also be able to pick up Alex Kidd in Miracle World for a dollar (usually goes for $5) and Spelunker HD for $5 (instead of 10$; DLC discounted to $1).
And what of Red Dead Redemption, which European Plus users got free access to recently? No news on that, Buser said. Still, the Instant Game Collection is pretty impressive. Lots of free games for a service of unknown popularity but of definite quality.

But I'm coppin' that Alex Kidd. -
I was waiting on a discount for Blitz before I bought it but I'll gladly take it free!

but if the games are "free" then what is the subscriber fee going towards? a donation to sony?
