Its not flat but its not as as big as I would like it to be . Definitely not one of those gigantic ? you guys love. Its weird cuz I have big thighs so you would think my butt would be a little bigger. I do lot of squats and stuff so hopefully my butt will get bigger as my waist gets smaller. And before you ask it has been a couple of years since my ass has been compromised.

my midsection is probably not as big as you are thinking but its not show worthy. Yes I can jump. I'm not one of those overweight people who have never done exercise before. I used to be in the army and really fit but I let my bad eating habits get the best of me . I am currently in the process of correcting that
