Man i've been having "Money Trees" and "? , Don't ? My Vibe" on repeat the whole week. I heard it before but it just getting alot of play from me right now.
-
Oldie but GOAT! I saw "Money Trees" posted but not "Backseat Freestyle"
The LIVEST crowd I've ever seen for a West Coast artist on the East Coast in a long time.

same crowd went crazy for Money Trees as well -

True.
The people went wild for Money Trees.
I gotta look up more of his stuff soon....

all right cool, and good drop on the Backseat Freestyle vid. i only saw the Money Trees one too. crazy how they know all the lyrics so quickly after it being dropped. -
The second part of The Art of Peer Pressure is on some old school Outkast ? . Thats turning into my favorite track.

Man the replay value on this album is crazy. I forgot when was the last time I can bump an album front to back without skipping. I listen to this album like 4 times a day and I still get goosebumps like it just came out.
-
Me and my ? tryna get it ya bish
-
Aww ? umm just say it...
Classic. -
Classic
-
Yep still bumpin the whole album.
-
I say it's a classic too. I said in another topic it's the best album from any artist coming onto the scene in the past 10 years. I had to rethink that because someone brought up Kanye and 50. I went back and listened to both of their retail catalogs. GRoDT is close, but I still say GKMC any album from any of their catalogs.

Do you think this album can go Platinum by end of the year?
-
I don't know. ? is so weird these days. It would have been platinum back in the day, but so many people avoid buying ? . Hell, I used to just listen to it on Spotify. I only wound up buying it because they had it on the Android Market for 5 dollars.

^^
Kendrick would be platinum by now if he was from South or the East -

Can't argue with that. First West Coast artist I've checked for since Xzibit was actually good.

i'm not sure you can say he would be plat if he was from the south or east ? music would be totally different b/c he coming from a totally different culture...you might not even like the dude
it is what it is dude is having great success and doing his thing plat or not -

That's true, then again, you do have cats like ASAP Rocky sounding like he's from the south even though he's from NYC and J Cole sounding like he's from the north even though he's from NC. -

True but you can hear LA all through KL's music so it seems like whereever he was from that's what he was repping.
and the J cole thing to me is a stretch to me. North Carolina on the same coast. Little Brother him and the clipse all have good flows and are all from the same general region. Maybe they sound like themselves I really haven't heard any other artists out of North Carolina that have a more ATL sound than east coast sound. But NC is pretty much in the in the middle of the east coast so it makes sense to have a even influence from both regions -
I always have the urge to throw up the westside sign every time the second part of M.A.A.D. city comes on.
