We all have the stories of sports heartbreaks, disappointments or just stupid chances.
- Some people might still have feelings about the 1988 NBA Finals game 6
- The Texas Rangers being 1 strike away TWICE from winning the World Series that one year
- The "Catch" by Dwight Clark against the Cowboys in NFC Championship game in 1982.
What are your biggest sports heartbreakes?
A buddy of mine got so mad at the finish of the first Giants - Pats SB. And to this day, he wont acknowledge "That *Censored* Eli Manning" as the winner of that game. One can only imagine how he felt earlier this year ;-)

I only had an emotional bond to sports like that when i was younger, so:
-Fab 5 losing to Duke
-Fab 5 'timeout' game
-too many regular Redskins game to count
-the Bulls game when Reggie Miller pushed Jordan than hit the GW shot. I was heated Lol -
Canes losing to Ohio State in the '03 National Title Game
Heat losing to the Mavs in 6.
Every series the Heat would lose to the Knicks in the late 90's.
A lot of Dolphins games throughout my life lol. -

The Saints in the playoffs the last two years. Just straight BS!
LSU in the championship game. Some pundits were calling that team maybe the best team ever if it wasnt for QB play. SMH!

The Braves in the playoffs since ever. How the hell can you be that unlucky?
Magic losing to Jordan in the Finals. I was the only one that didnt believe.

When the Knicks lost to the Pacers in the Semi Finals and Ewing choked
When the Knicks were swept by the Spurs

Last years UNC squad. If Kendall Marshall hasn't gotten injured we would've played Kentucky for the Nat'l championship in what would've likely been a game for the ages. Also the 96-97 & 97-98 Tar Heels. Twice coming up short in the Final Four. Vince Carter & Antwan Jamison should not have left Chapel Hill w/o a banner in the rafters.
