Mario Chalmer's Child Support Up'd To $10,000/Month

Starting point guard for the Miami heat, Mario Chalmer's extravagant lifestyle just caught up with him. After reviewing documents that showed Chalmer's spending habits, he's been ordered to up his child support payments from $2,600 to $10,000 a month for his daughter, Queen Elizabeth (her legal name).
Queen Elizabeth's mother Brittney Burrough asked for an increase in child support after his own spending became more and more grand, stemming from his 3 year, $12 million contract with The Heat that increased his salary from $70K to $400K monthly.
The judge noted that he spends $22K on housing, $5K a month on vacations, $1,600 a month on clothing and personal items and pays his assistant $10,000 a month. > Mario Chalmer's Child Support Up'd to $10,000/Month. Chalmers was also ordered to pay retroactive child support from the date Burrough filed her request for additional child support: a total of $155,000.

He spends a little over 10% of his monthly income, they making it seem like he was blowing money away.
Probably 30% considering cars and other things, and money he may give to relatives.
Aside from that 10k isn't too bad, take less vacations. -

Common sense would be to have her bring in receipts and bills to show what her expenses are for the kid. Then determine the monthly payments based on that.
