Hold that L Bama that's what yall get for keeping that chump relevant
More groupthink sports analysis. Lane Kiffin within coaching circles did the type job that gets dudes head coaching jobs, and will get him yet another head coaching job
Bama's best offense EVER, with a guy at QB who wont sniff the nfl. Invented ways to get the ball to their best player. Lane Kiffin did his job. Its just only so long you can ride below average QB play. And if you're looking at Sims stats and thiking 'heeeey, he's not below average!', again, thats a testament to Lane Kiffin.
Yeah you keep running with your "group think" Schtick that make you feel likeyou know some ? other ? don't. But...That's all cool and ? but with Inglewood being an SC fan like myself. We KNOW Lane Kiffin. His issue ain't that he's a total ? up he's brilliant actually sometimes. He's just a dude that nuts up and is stubborn. As HC that comes out at a more alarming rate. At OC that could be the difference in one game.
He's a guy that wants to be successful in the way HE wants it to come, not the smart way. early in the game you can see to win they should try to keep it on the ground and try to keep it out of Sims hands as much as possible. Nah Lane wanna win how Lane wan as win. That is a MAJOR flaw.
This ? right here
Im glad you used his post as a source of authority, bc the first thing he said was "without Pete Carrol to reign him in"
Which means all those 'flaws' are null and void with a respected, vet head coach
Im sorry, but wtf is Nick Saban? Kiffin was lucky to be hired, gets chewed out on national tv every quarter, and you think Nick Saban would let him lose this game?? Nick Saban? Foh
Its pretty sad to see yall sit here and act like he aint give Saban his best offense at any level, and downplay it due to one half and bad qb play.
Yall whole argument of 'run the ball more' is flawed and as a Skins fan i argue this every week when nggas say 'Alfred Morris aint gettin enough touches.' Like bruh, we was fukin losin! What part of trailed 14 dont nggas understand. What part of Bama actually ran the ball 25 times between the RBs dont nggas understand. The ? else did you want. Qb threw picka, they lost. Oc cant prevent human flaw.End of story -

At the point Bama was up 21-6 the run to pass ratio was 54% run. 13 out of 24 plays on the ground.
OSU then proceeds to go down and score which made the game 21-13.
The ensuing series Alabama called 3 straight pass plays which ended in a 3 and out. Pass run ratio now is 14:13 Pass up.
OSU capitalizes off this the following series and scores it is now 21-20 going to half. Bama got the ball briefly before half and ran a run play to run the clock and go into half. Bama up
Ohio state gets ball after half and goes down and scores.
Bama gets it back 1st play an 18 run by Sims on a QB keeper. Next 1st and 10 an 8 yard run by Yeldon. Now it's 2nd and two. Kiffin calls two straight pass plays which both ends up as sacks losing yards. Punt Bama
The Blake Sims pick six followed on the next series....
This was the pivotal stretch in the game to put them down 13 points in the first place.

Finally cracked the top 10 today...and expected to pick up 4-6 more by signing day

@ bbiid
So essentially what we're talking about w/ thia whole thing is the 3 straight passes when up 21-13, and the ONE play they passed on 2nd and 2
Right? Bc obviously you're not running on 3rd and long
I mean...thats revisionist nitpicking at its finest. Perhpas, with a ? qb but elite wr, on 2nd and 2 is when you DO pass, and hell mayb even go deep! Bc you assume 3rd and 2 is a gimme. You dont assume a sack.
But if you run, run, run, with Amare fukin Cooper at WR...i think you get where im going with this. Yall overdissecting bc they lost. No other way around it -
