    Cuz I'm an ex athlete with a very high muscle mass.....I'm completely capable of pushing my self to limits most people would mentally break at....I'm just lazy when it comes to doing ? on my own

    All he has to do is get me to work out with him when he works out

    Jamel knows this.....the before and after pics would Make him look like a genius....

    His clientele would increase exponentially

    So diets consist of taking a year supply of pills, protein shakes, and mixing in weight loss stuff with your food now?

    Pure will power, legit discipline, somewhat watching your food intake, and exorcising every now and then is like a thing of the past. It's all about the quick fix now and some people be acting like they really put in some work when they really took a shortcut.

    You know how when most people lose weight..their buddy just looks funny because under that fat their buddy has no real muscle.....they so concerned on burning fat they never build avg thing up....

    So even with the weight of they don't look impressive...

    The way my buddy is built, any weighti lose is just going to show off all the muscle I have under it...


    I'm an extremely powerfully built individual..I just drink a lot of beer and don't eat the best foods so it just doesn't look like it....

    I remember when I list like 10 pounds for the wedding


    people were thinking I lost like 40 or 50 pound because I was so ripped compared to what they were used to seeing

    some people even ask if I was taking steroids...... funny

    It was just 10 pounds....

    I posted a pic on here of me holding a pitbull while my wife was pregnant....I was like 260....but I looked much better than that

    You said you're currently 275 pounds of which 20 is fat...that puts you at 255 pounds of muscle.

    20 pounds of fat on a 275 pound man would mean you are currently at a body fat percentage of 7.2%.

    Stop making up ? just to feel good and put the beers down and get in a damn gym.

    I don't eat that bad in reality...I don't drink soda, I'm not a snacks person,

    I just ? way too much beer and I typically eat only twice a day which is horrible for ones metabolism....

    Ideally ishould be eating 4to5 small meals a day to boost metabolism....

    I eat a big breakfast and again in the evening before heading to my second job

    I'm not one of those people who don't know how to get in shape, I just don't make the necessary lifestyle changes

    Of courseit does if I stop drinking beer right now I'd probably be under 260 by Thanksgiving but I'm not stopping drinking beer
