2015
I'm trying to get toned & ripped a little bit. Not on some Bo Flex ? but have some muscle definition with abs.
I already have energy but I'm trying to increase my stamina, energy & endurance. I'm doing all of this so I can get back into basketball condition.
When I get to that point then I'm wearing wife beaters everywhere this summer lol -

Incorporating more deadlifts in my workouts. Trying to build up more balance and inner strength instead of just focusing on isolated leg workouts.

Do y'all wear belts while lifting heavy or what? I got asked why I wasn't wearing a belt a couple of weeks ago doing heavy squats and deadlifts. Personally, I don't see or have a need for one. For those who use them, pros & cons?

i had people tryna talk me into it, but i figured i would just work on my core to where i wouldnt need one. -

Goal for 2015?
Getting my squats to 500lbs. and my deadlifts to at least 550lbs. -

Judging by your deadlifts you're not far off
Props bro. The most I've squatted was 475 over a year ago, but back then, I made my squats touch the safety pins. Two weeks ago, I squatted 455 with no pins helping me. Been spending the past year-plus building up my core strength. -
