Lol na not for nothing, ive always stated i dont know ? when it comes to the science of it all. Im old school with the training. I just get out and go and hope for the best. So far so good. -

some ? was in the squat rack doing curls last night when i showed up
pushed my workout back by 20 min b/c he decided he wanted to do some circuit ? and go straight to bench after he was done curling
must've done like 6 sets of each just adding 2.5lb plates here and there -

I agree. If you're not putting up respectable weight on the bench, then use the ? dumbbells. Saw this kid with two 25lb plates on the bar and I'm thinking, what is the ? point? Just use 40-50lb dumbbells, ? . -

Lmao I do this. Not curls, but I'll go from squat to bench to bent over rows 5x5 or 3x8 -

this is crazy, and maybe its a mental thing but i remember when i was going to the gym off and on, not really being consistent...me doing 135 benching used to just have me sore af.
I did 3 sets of 5 last night as my working sets and i wanted to do more afterwards lol. I feel great today. No soreness at all -

I did my normal routine this morning, but 2nd sesh is Leg day. Got nothing but a bunch of drop sets, weighted lunges, and i dunno what else. Those drop sets are a mother ? though.

is their a dip station yall would recommend? i want a dip station cause i want to really round out my lower pecs because i cant do ? cause of my acl injury and im still trying to work on my chest. either a station or some workouts cause i cant use my legs and i want to make my chest look nice to myself. i need help. HELP!!!!!
