Both of them look Blue and Black to me. The one on the right looks like a bad exposure from the cam though where the colors are washed out. I don't see people think it's white and gold though. -

No How the hell you see white and gold?? I swear to ? this some voodoo mind control jedi mind trick ? lol -
Oh my bad I see now lol -
it is likely due to some kind of color constancy illusion, where some people are perceiving the context to be something like "lit by blueish daylight" and others are perceiving it to be something like "under yellow department store lights." In the former case, your brain will try and get the objective color by subtracting out the blue as a shadow, and in the latter case it will do the same thing for the filigree by subtracting out the yellow as a reflection.

All I continue to see is white and gold, it's not changing.
I seen the original dress too, it's a deep blue.
Just, under this lighting, it is definitely coming off as white and gold.
I'm gonna get high and look again. -
I texted some ppl.. They're seeing black/blue.
This is some kind of ? troll joke.
No way in hell this is black or blue in this close up picture.
? no.
Nope. -
where the ? do you see black and blue?

Looks like a internet social experiment where people are influencing what other people are seeing. If you are not told about any other color scheme you would trust whatever your eyes saw and that's it.
But since people are so adamant that the scheme is different you now begin to look for that scheme and then you begin to "see" it, when in reality it's just the same damn thing it always was.

White and gold.
It's just that the dress is affected by color shading due to the light source on it. Angle anything in a certain way from light and the color will change. -

How I seen it was.. "What color is this dress"
There was no color influence.. I said white gold and then looking at the comments it was mixed, some even saying the color actually changed.. I still don't see blue or black.
This is dope. -

It's not entirely black. It's more of like a dingy ass brown. Some people threw this ? into photoshop.
