ITS ? HAIR...it grows back. Now if she was burning him with an iron or something like that putting it online, i could see what the big idea is.
The problem is a ton of these kids today never have to experience consequences for their actions. They seek more validation/acceptance from their peers than they do from their parents. Whats the easiest way to break that ? ? Do something that has those same friends they look up to so much ridicule tf outta them.
So stuff like this, burning/ruining their nice name brand clothes/shoes gets a goat in my book. They dont respond to ? until you threaten their reputation? people

The only ? in this thread with logic. The IC is going soft???? No way! Lol
I see no issue what she did. I actually known people before internet that got ass whoopings in front of their class! They automatically straightened up because acceptance/being down was their main priority. Once that was broken, they seen what real priorities mattered. YouTube comments and people in their feelings over a public haircut? Y'all gotta chill, these kids these days are 20 times more bad,sneaky, disloyal, and direction less. -

@silverfoxx
Honestly, for me it wasn't the haircut. It just takes a lot of gall to videotape this form of punishment of a child that does not belong to you. It's one thing to make a video embarrassing your own kid. It takes a special brand of entitlement to not be somewhat uncomfortable to try it with a step-child...and post it online? It is a very rare, rare step parent who is able to have the patience, love, and understanding that a real parent has for a child. And I'm not saying she doesn't...I'm just saying it's not common. So, that alone made me side-eye from jump. Add that to the way she spoke to him. It really wasn't just about the haircut. I don't personally care for that as a means to punish a kid, but I definitely understand that most parents that have been making those videos at least mean well. From the way she was speaking to him, just seems like she has some resentment issues that have more to do with his mother probably or the fact that he is residing with him. Considering that she is an ? , smoking weed and bad grades is just a very small part of this family's story and I feel bad for that kid. -
Lil man was too high to fight back..she went overboard..tried to permanently erase his hairline..and I bet she dont have kids

this aint our generation where the stuff you mentioned works
they live for "tha gram", twitter, fb, etc...they want to be seen and accepted by their peers. This is how you bring them back down to earth
How is that different from kids in any decade?

If making your child a total social outcast is your way of controlling them you are an idiot.

Spare the rod, spoil the child but humiliation is overstepping boundaries.
