I think we are gonna look very different this year with Hoiberg.
Imma guess a lot better offensively but weaker on D. Especially if Noah is coming off bench and Niko is starting. -

brian windhorst was telling this story of an anonymous player who was known for smoking a lot of weed and getting off to slow starts -- this was when the NBA had 3 random drug tests and after the 3rd one you knew you were finished for the rest of the year
he said he thinks the NBA has changed since then
anyway, player X was depressed he couldnt smoke and was playing awful -- he had his 3rd drug test and he turned his whole season around because he was so happy he could smoke weed again -- he even got some MVP votes

When guys like Moore, Snell and McFresh can get 8 points a game or more each. That is the difference between the offense being stagnant and the go to guys being fresh on both ends of the court. Only two games in but it's refreshing to see.
I'd like to see Bobby "Crazy Eyes" Portis grab 10 minutes to rest Pau or Noah.

When guys like Moore, Snell and McFresh can get 8 points a game or more each. That is the difference between the offense being stagnant and the go to guys being fresh on both ends of the court. Only two games in but it's refreshing to see.

Yea he was killin preseason too. I did not know he had a jumper like that too. He hit a few 3s.
Im sure pau will get injured sooner or later and he will get minutes

Noah set the record straight today & told reporters he did not ask to come off the bench like reports were saying.
He said he told Hoiberg he was willing to do whatever was needed for team and that he plays best at Center and with Taj.
But coming off bench in a contract year was not his idea. -
Was expecting a slow start to the season, but I will happily take this 2-0 start.
Man, if we can get physically healthy and become comfortable with this new scheme from Fred Hoiberg, I can see us finally going into the playoffs rested & ready to go. -

Rose played terrible -
assistants Randy Brown & Pete Meyers were great defensive players, but it don't seem to be rubbin off on the players.. we look lost af on defense!.. and wtf was d.rose problem 2nite!?! he trotted the ball up, passed it and chilled in the corner most of the game.. this was a painful on to watch

20-25 mins should be his minutes cap. Obviously depending on match up. But Gasol and Noah should give 5 mins each to Bobby P, especially on games were really up.
