So Claire is a super hero groupie THOT?

She and matt kissed after he saved her life and spent some time with eachother. They never slept together and she told him it would never work. How is she a thot? She's officially in a relationship with Cage.

A relationship? She helped save his life, they talked, kicked it, but he ain't even get any coffee. That's the problem these days n how chicks get they feelings hurt. Trying to lock that man down when we all know he tryin to taste the world flavors of coffee

Hold up ? I'm not saying 70's music is bad I'm saying that Luke Cage playlists is BAD

They could've done way better with the soundtracks, that ? is awful. Especially if the you're going for "soul music"

    You're white until further notice

    ? please

the score was intentional. luke cage was created in the early 70's when Blaxploitation movies were at the height of their popularity. that's why the music sounds like that.

I read the first issue of hero for hire and there are similarities. he was a prisoner in Seagate with shades. he was ? with by that crooked pig rackham . he got his powers through a prison experiment an he escaped. whats different is him and diamond back grew up in harlem not macon Georgia.
luke cage was never a marine or a cop both him and diamondback were both hoods who became bigshot heads of their own gangs but they still respected each other. luke and diamond back fell out over reeva and diamondback set luke up to go to prison.
the book looks interesting and filled with street drama but I don't like lukes origin. its too cliché and blaxploitionish even how he adopted the persona of power man. some body on the street said he was like a superhero so he used his powers for money and became a hero for hire. theres nothing noble about the original comic book version. its almost stereo typical . falcon(sam Wilson) was an ex ? /drug pusher for gods sakes. I never read his books from the mid-late 2000's did they retcon his origin? is it somewhat similar to the Netflix show?

I thought DD hit. But still she gave him some suga which proves she has a super hero fetish.

Claire dated cage in to comics, they combined her character with the other 2 night nurses.

She belong to cage not the game

Rachel McAdams character in Doctor Strange is apparently possibly Night nurse.

I could see clifton powell as cotton mouth
    samuel L jackson as Diamondback

and the bassett knockoff as well basset... the last two i just mentoned couldnt have been coincidental as far as how they kinda favored them.

I LIKE HOW ALL THE EPISODES ARE NAMED AFTER GANG STARR SONGS

That and some the shows dialogue have references to guru lyrics..

Overall it's a good show. Interested to see what they do in season two..
    Daredevil season 3 crossover?
I know iron fist got next but I need JJ season 2. I love show bs ending n all..

I was gonna ask if they do that every episode cause I caught the "Lemonade was a popular drink and it still is" lyric inserted into one of the episodes.

    Jus finished.

    Loved the 1st 3/4 of season 1.

Loved ALL the characters. I AM A HUGE fan of all the characters. Cotton mouth was my favorite. Dude could do no wrong imo. Dude was GOAT. Diamond back was crazy but cold af. I hated Shades @ 1st, but by the end he grew on me. Chess playin homie from the shop was coo af. real day 1 dude. All the women were great imo. Misty, Claire and Mariah all did their thing. My only gripe was the short Spanish mob dude, smh. That actor didn't fit imo. Wasn't he in Friday 2..."no locked doors. Don't look @ me lil puppet." I even liked the ? cop partner dude. dude is a great character actor btw

The music was GOAT. Long live the chief was my fav.

The story was cool. Well thought out and balanced. I enjoyed it

Compared to Daredevil, DD s1 was GOAT. but the problem was that it had alotta side stories I didn't give a ? about. the snow flake whiny broad. Foggy bein a ? . Waiting pretty much all of s1 for him to put the suit on. etc. But Fisk was GOAT. The fight scenes were G. All the ? with Nobu. DD on his g ? . Stic doin his mentor thing etc. All that bein said, I still liked Luke Cage alil better. Mainly cuz I was invested in every aspect of the story/season.

The 1st 3/4 of the season was GOAT. But imo eps 11-13 is kinda were it falls off. It alil meh and predictable. Still liked Diamond back tho. but since eps 1-10 were GOAT, I'll let it slide. But its jus disappointing cuz of how great it started if had a better ending, it coulda been all time GOAT overall.

Some ppl are shittin on the fight scenes. smh. I don't kno WTF yall are takin bout. Those really weren't even fight scenes. WTF did yall expect? those dudes aren't Cage's equals. He can jus flick his wrist n dudes go flying. So he really wasnt fightin anybody, really jus getting dudes outta his way. Now the boss fight @ the end. Um, yea. OK.

Props to the writers, actors n Netflix for putting out a great well thought out black super hero show. Good ? . What a time to be alive.

btw speaking on black super heros. I love that Black Panther is getting a movie. But I kinda wish he got a Netflix show. So they can go sooooo much deeper into the story, characters and dialogue. meh. Cant have it all I guess.

    Overall GREAT TV tho....Always.

Misty's ? look FABULOUS in that turtleneck.

Her breast made it mad difficult to pay attention to the dialogue sometimes.

I was worried after Cottonmouth died, I thought he was ths best actor on the show...I was hoping they'd find someway to bring him back from the dead....but thankfully the show was still good.

She was a horrible actress. I don't really pay attention to acting much, but her seen stood out. ? was unintentionally funny
