Essentially, Kanye had a line on Famous from The Life of Pablo that went:
"I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex
Why? Cause I made that ? famous."
The video posted is of Taylor supposedly being cool with the line. Now Taylor is saying she never heard the song prior to its release and would have not been ok being called "that ? ".
Both are wrong if it all played out like that. Kanye should have let her know the lyric. Taylor was down for whatever on there call so why act all outraged once the ? hits the fan. Trying to be down and cool behind closed doors then want to throw Kanye under the bus after the fact.

So basically this is 'evidence' they spoke about him using her name and image in the 'Famous' song and she acted like that didn't happen when the record dropped? Or am I missing anything?

I'll end it by saying this, this is more than likely a publicity stunt. Taylor Swift was in something like this last year with Nicki Minaj, turned out to be a ploy to get more (especially Nicki) album sales.
