Good simms was trash -
Sad that broken up romo was our last hope. 5-11 here we come. -
i think this all smokescreen
Romo may be leaking all this broadcast news so that Dallas can release him, then boom..he try to make a move once he free to go to a squad !
but if Dallas wanna screw him, they can put him on the reserve / retired list meaning he can't sign anyone ! -
I dont understand Romo retiring now... had Jerry Jones kept his word and released him when he said he would Romo would be signed to a team right now.. so what changed? What happened to his desire to play in just a few Weeks? A few weeks changed his career path. TV aint a reason to retire, those opportunities will be there forever.. Peyton didn't jump straight to TV cuz its not a big deal.
With that said, i think he will play again. -
Welp houston rely on y'all fearless leader......tom savage lol

He knows that he's washed.
There was a comfort zone with Dallas. The last 2 or 3 years, Romo had the luxury of not being concerned about losing his job. All of those scrub ass backups kept his job safe. Then Dak came along.
Like I mentioned b4, Romo knows that he's washed. That job security, that he had in Dallas, is dead now.
He's an old ass, injury proned QB. He did want to come back. He caught a reality check once nobody traded for him.
Jerry would of released him & let him go to another team. But once he realized that nobody wanted to trade him, reality set in and he realized he's not valued that high. One more injury, with another team wont be a full season of free checks on the bench(like Dallas).
He'll be cut -
Cowboys fans Romo a Hall of Famer or nah?

You act like we didnt bust yall ass twice with brock at QB lol. Fall back youngin. -
Dam so CBS fired Phil Sims for Romo...I know Sims gotta be beefing hard...it's one thing to be replaced by somebody that's been working hard and came up through the ranks....but to be fired for a rookie who has never called a game before is a slap in the face

Phil Simms did the same thing for NBC when he was hired there in 1995 -
