    He basically said himself he was ? up shortly after he signed to RocNation.

    Too much drinking & drugs... Lead to writers block & problems in his personal life.

    Could've been anyone, the thing is Chance is the only one in the game that we can relate Vic to cuz he's the most famous

    I think he mentioned chance on the intro but it was on some 'remember when' ?

    The thing about the daughter right before the Nico line, but it could've been someone else who has a daughter, Chance is the only link so I know he was using that leverage

    Joey Purp, Chance, Vic are SaveMoney

    Also the "...granny house...that's family talk" bar was near those and Vic, Chance, and Sulaimann had the track "Family" from 10Day, which was the verse that made me a fan


    My other thought is he was on a more personal tip and was talking to a dead loved one or just a close friend
