I invest in the stock market heavy and knock on wood but I made a ? killing this year. I mean the market had a historic ? year and I damn near doubled my money.
Bought my first house, fixed it up, and im gonna flip it in a year or two and looking to realistically triple my money there too.
Looking at a rental property very seriously to jump into in 2018.
Business doesnt just mean owning a company anymore. I consider myself to be a business and looking at ways to increase my income streams. The plan has been to add a new stream of income while building up the ones I already establisbed every year since 2015. -
I'm actually a believer in the 'Everything ain't for everybody' mantra. Gary V. says that ? all the time. 'Being en entrepreneur ain't for most people. For most folks, being #12 at FB is better than being #1 as the CEO of your own company.'.
The stress, the responsibility, the fact that it kills your work/home life balance in most instances, etc. The only issue is that not enough people recognize that fact. -

Just to play devils advocate, because I’m all for starting your own if you want to, but I know people who thought that that was the dream and did it, only to find out that they hated being consumed by it 24/7 and were happy to go back to just clocking out at 5 or whatever and having the business as a whole be someone else’s problem

Simple.
i hear you.
i have started so many new businesses since selling all my shares and other businesses like 2 years back.
i was recently told by a developer that i have a entrepreneurial eye that even most americans he dealt with dont.
i heard that many times. i see money in everything an how to get it.
and while i know this is my gift...i want to know why others dont start they own ? .
Cuz everything ain't for everybody
besides there'd be too many chiefs & not enuff indians
This is really it. Everybody ain't meant to nor have the ability, time, and/or resources to start their own business. -

U can find a business partner who is a tad more passionate about (whatever it is) than you.
It will drive you to perform and you two can appreciate each other.
