U don't even hear about blacks getting victimized where I'm from either (Miami) and that's a predominately Hispanic city also. L.A. ? need to tighten up (and no not talkin about jeans because theyve already done that) and stand up for themselves. But then again I should know better. It seems like Cali is flooded with ? , weirdos, cross-dressers, oreos, uncle toms with valley accents, and ? who refer to themselves as "pretty ? "
I was referring to Mexicans, specifically. All "hispanics" are not Mexican, nor do all "hispanics" share the racist views of some of the chicano gang-members of southern California. -

I used to live in the valley where it is heavily populated with mexicans. Most Mexicans assume that if you are black that you do not understand nor speak spanish. So, most would talk ? in spanish about black people in confidence but didnt know my black ass knew spanish; and I would cuss them the ? out, then finish doing whatevet task I was doing...

From what i hear Blacks pretty much losing there strength in numbers......they leaving in droves Mexican coming in droves.......I'm pretty sure the media is eating this up though...race baiting is one way to keep the minority in check ...

California prison politics and how they impact the streets.but I got cousins out in the Bay area and they tell me all the time how much different it is then LA as far as race relations....they all pretty much keep it kosher.
Northern Cali and Southern Cali prison politics and majority rule are different.

The media dont hype up black racial attacks on mexicans (i wonder why...maybe it will garner sympathy for illegals and thats the last thing they need to undermine their progress in ridding the state of them)
But I can name many instances of black on latino (gang members) that was actually racially motivated.
Thing is blacks are better at identifying who belongs to a Sureno gang (13) where as mexican (gang members) figure if your black and not elderly then your in a gang.
They perspective is just different.

Blacks in all of Cali (same percentage 4-6%)
