    I voted legend assuming that is the highest honor. If it's GOAT then I'd have to say that then. This dude has transcended everything we know as barriers in hiphop and black culture. And duke is 40 plus and still nice. Strictly speaking about music, he's the best to ever have done it in my opinion. He has surpassed B.I.G. as the best ever.

    he was wack on BP3 but he killed watch the throne. this ? hov is strange he makes dope ? D.O.A and then makes wack ? like forever young.

    RD was a classic except for ain't no ? .
    vol 1 a near classic with joints where i am from.
    vol 2 was trash.
    vol3 gets criticized but i think it's a dope album.
    roc la familia was dope except for the trash single change the game with the the bouncy trash beat.
    the blueprint damn that was epic.
    the black album was a classic.
    kingdom come wasn't wack but content wasn't appealing to his fans. and fans wasn't ready for it.
    american gangster was dope as ? but not a classic.
    BP3 wack except for D.O.A.
    watch the throne was a classic to me. from the beats to the lyrics to the chemistry between hov and ye.
    that makes HOV a G.O.A.T right.
