    infact hiphop was on the decline in 02/03 b4 the likes of 50 n kanye stepped ont he scene...

    ja fell off at the same time NY hiphop fell off tbh, nobody was selling but a handful of artists b4 the southern revolution...but its true that 50's affiliationw ith em helped him int he beef...

    even tho ja n muder inc won the beef lyrically IMO.

    Ja made hardbody music look at vvv his debut.

    He should have ignored dude IMO,he would lost sales and fans regardless though,people were sick of ja at that point..people were sick of jay z as well back then,that's why he quit.
