Y'all aren't really in a position where y'all can pick and choose from the cream of the crop. No one worth a damn is gonna want to coach there given the track record. That being said, somebody is gonna get the job. Somebody that is getting their first head coaching gig, or an unproven guy in some capacity. The word is the coach is gonna have a say in who the GM is, and that sounds right up Chip Kelly's alley. -

Your right about nobody wanting to come here but we been that way for a while and I just don't believe in hiring a ? that turned us down cuz ? ain't work out for him with his dream job, that's why we messed up now cuz as long as we taking ? that use us as an emergency job we gon be bums same goes for FA we get ? who are on the downside of their careers and overpay them then wonder why 2 yrs later we need to upgrade certain positions -

The Browns have to find a GM that knows how to evaluate and pick talent for whatever his system is, and the owners have to let the football people do what they do. -
Sad to see Tom Coughlin gone... He brought us 2 rings. Damb a chip Kelly they better not wish that evil on our franchise

Pettine was a good coach ....he tried to build a culture with accountability for the Browns ...something they obviously don't know anything about ...he was sunk by his own best players being more committed to weed and alcohol than football ....Cleveland is a cesspool
