This doesn't fall on black voters....on paper she has to be one of the most qualified persons to run for office but she is not a good campaigner.....remember she had the Democrat machine and her husband (the last Democratic President at that time) and still lost to Obama when he was an unknown first term US Senator
- The white women voters (one of the hugest voting blocs) didn't vote for Hillary even after Trump was exposed as being a sexist
- When Trump was making all of these potentially campaign-ending blunders in a short span (Grab Her By the Pu55y Mixtape, ? accusations, Purple Heart controversy, going after the Gold Star Muslim parents, etc).....Hillary laid back in the cut because she thought that he was Cheddar Bobbing himself. She flat out disappeared for about a couple of weeks.
- She lost the Michigan and Wisconsin Democratic primaries to Bernie Sanders...she didn't return to Wisconsin to campaign since that primary.
- Bernie campaigning for her backfired because his some of his supporters viewed him as "selling out" and went to vote for a third party candidate as a protest vote
- She thought that all Hispanics cared about was a path to citizenship but that really holds no weight to most first and second generation Cubans in Florida
- Her reckless pandering to minority voters (hot sauce in my bag, dancing, playing dominoes, etc) -

Dont think it wouldve been a cake walk but instead of a "lesser of 2 evils" election it wouldve been "good vs evil". Dems had a lower voter turnout cuz hillary was ? . Might not have happened if bernie ran.
And as far as questioning their health, hillary was falling out, Bernie wasnt. Dude was even out there for the north dakota pipeline ? .
As for the crime bill he signed, there is transcript of him speaking of the crime bill at the time stating that he was against the 3 strikes law and warned how bad the outcome will be for those affected but that he supported the good ? they packaged in the deal.

Hillary and Trump were in no way shape or form equally hostile/friendly to blacks. Hillary was clearly much better -- despite whatever she said or did in the 1990s. So the people who argued that they were equally bad were simply wrong.
But the thing for me is that even if they were right, pushing that "Hillary said x in 1994" narrative was deeply misguided given who she was running against, a man who was so manifestly unfit for the presidency that a great many Republican intellectuals (George Will, Charles Krauthammer, etc.) said that they would not vote for him.
Even if Hillary and Trump were more or less the same on racial issues (which, again, I don't believe), racial issues are not the only things that matter to black people. For example, Trump can destroy the economy, or he can start a war with China.
Sadly, what has been happened since the election does not seem to have given these people any pause. But I guess it is still early.

There was a paper authored that showed significant discrepancies in the exit polls between states that kept paper records of votes cast versus states that didn't keep records. This discrepancy didn't exist in the 2008 election or in any other.
In the states where a record of the votes cast were maintained, Bernie Sanders was the winner. In states where they didn't, Clinton won by a huge margin. That the DNC was "team Hillary" was brought to light by the Wikileaks email drop: The DNC acted outside of it's charter of neutrality within the party and pushed the primary into Hillary's lap.
