Roof aint walking... the question is how Swiftly the jury delivers the verdict and how harsh his sentence will be.. i could see some bullshitting and feet dragging in that case but he will be found guilty

Wow, b, you're making yourself look real bad here. The Zimmerman case is not even remotely similar to this. Dude planned and executed a mass killing, and he left writings of his plan beforehand and confessed afterwards. How is that similar to the Zimmerman case? Zimmerman was getting his ass beat, so he at least could make a non-laughable claim that he feared for his life. On what possible basis could Roof claim that he feared for his life? They both killed black folks, but that is where the similarities begin and end. -

You don't know how insanity defenses work. First of all if you're going with an insanity defense, your attorney has to enter it as a plea, then the burden of proof then shifts from the prosecution to the defense to prove that you where indeed crazy when you committed said act. In U.S. jurisprudence we use the M'Naghten Rule. Besides this CAC couldn't plead insanity because right before he popped those poor people he knew it was wrong because he thinking about not doing the ? because they were nice to him. -
