    "lite" beer is basically diet beer. I don't care what they do to it, ? always tastes watered down. I can't ? with it. If I was that worried about my weight I'd rather just down half of what I normally drink.

    I'mma make the Czech pilsner next and depending on how that goes I may upgrade to a "real" beer making setup and use the LBK for my ? beer runs.

    as long as you keep everything clean and temps in check youll be straight..5 gal is alotta got damn beer lol
    i did one and just started sticking to 1 gal batches

    mine is just 2 gallons, but still that's a lot of beer. I'm hoping it turns out decent on this first run.

    I was going to bottle it today but I think I'mma give it a couple more days.

    The Limarita is probably for the ? . They love that ? .
    The hoppiness is an acquired taste. It's like drinking good wine where you can tell where the product is from. I use to hate hoppy beer too
