But there is more to the story than troy being shot
He was still in a club on camera busting a gun. He also was in possession of a gun. I don't know what the charges are for troy, but it's very possible he gets some jail time. -
You don't have to be a snitch to be listed as a witness. That's what a subpoena is for.
