lol not yet, i leave tomorrow afternoon
i had 2 boiled eggs and a honey wheat double fiber english muffin
ate a banana about 1.5 hours after that
had baked salmon and steamed broccoli for lunch -
one packet of oatmeal....????
i weigh 264 out here june....

Try eating a packet along with a glass of water. Wait about 20 min and see if you are still hungry. Most of the time your mind hasnt caught up with your body when you overeat. -
a banana, a cup of yogurt, a slice of bread and a cup of noodles.

I had my protein drink on the way to work @ 8 and a greek yogurt/strawberry/graham ? parfait @10:30. I'm not a fan of greek yogurt. Glad I only bought the one to taste it.
