    Marley Got The Munchies

Marley G sharing is caring B

    Lol. Nope, I'm cleansing.

    Anyhow......

For lunch I had a salad consisting of Baby Arugula, peppers, a bit of red onion, cucumbers, avocado, a few pieces of cheese mixed in and a tiny bit of French dressing drizzled on top......it was really filling! Adding tuna would have given me some protein in there.
Didn't OD but dinner was a different story. I definitely indulged cooking up some Linguine with a delicious cream based, garlic/parmesan sauce I made along side some garlic shrimp skewers and made some tostones (plantain). The portion wasn't large though but the sauce itself and pasta is enough. My baby gobbled it up asking me to make it everyday forever and ever. Ha.

A Du special would consist of a bowl of apple cinnamon cheerios, 5 bowls of oatmeals, 4 granola bars, 3 bananas, 2 egg-bacon-cheese mcmuffins, and a tall glass of pepsi

    :(

It's too tangy for my liking and strawberry/raspberry yogurt makes my stomach turn (disgusting story). It tasted and smelled horrible. I had some peanut butter m&ms to get that taste out of my mouth.

I have 2 more at my house. :(

I'm sticking to my yoplait light yogurts

Eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I used to skip breakfast and now I learned that that was a very bad idea.

    I had oatmeal :)

I am going on a raw food diet...so i had raw oats with almond milk, topped with blueberries and strawberries, with a little agave nectar. Really tasty.

Breakfast “fuels” the body for that day’s activities whatever they maybe. If not the body will turn on itself for fuel. All that hard work in the gym will be wasted.
It doesn’t take much….even a handful of nuts, small bowl of oatmeal or whatever will do. Long as there is some type of "good" carb you should be good.
