Try eating a packet along with a glass of water. Wait about 20 min and see if you are still hungry. Most of the time your mind hasnt caught up with your body when you overeat.
    good advice.

and take that one step further. if you ever find yourself hungry, try drinking water first. sometimes the mind confuses hunger with thirst.

    Good drops, fellas :tu

If you're truly hungry drinking water wont help that. What we're trying to get you to understand is that, you are probably eating too much too quickly and you "feel" hungry, but your body doesnt need it. Just try it a few times, eat a normal portion, and wait about 20 min before you decide you are hungry enough to eat again.

i competely understand what you're saying... i've been down this road tons of times...my problems were always ...and i mean always been my dieting....

so i be on all the little tricks to try to trick my hungerpains from going away....but my newest solution has been how much i discovered i like steamed vegetables like broccoli and carrots....

imma just start snacking on them heavy...plus that warmth and weight of the veggies on the stomach works wonders for curving my appitite

I am not a breakfast person however it's well known how important it is especially to start your day properly.
Eating a source of Vitamin C in the morning is really important and eating a grapefruit curbs hunger so I usually start with one each morning. I will then maybe eat some oatmeal and make pancakes, waffles, an omelet and turkey sausage for my child. I switch it up for him each day.

I can see that. It's hard to change eating habits but it gets easier once you get used to it and not only see but feel the results.

I've started eating vegetable protein instead of oatmeal for breakfast.... Oatmeal seems to throw off my meal plan. I thought the point of oatmeal was to keep you full for longer, but then once I have a mid-morning snack, I feel like I overate. IDK, the veg. protein is kinda gross but it's doing the job

Mid morning snack: A celery stick with peanut butter and a Papaya-Mango yogurt and now I am drinking my tea.
