Just Read on NBA.com That the Mike Miller Situation wasnt' true, The Lakers denied reports that they offered Mike Miller 5 year $30mil.....
? Rumors i swear. -
Steve blake is a good pickup.. he has basketball smarts.. doesnt make boneheaded plays like farmar.. he can knock down the jumper .. but yeah i would have love to have had mike miller on our team..
-
LA is going to lose a ton of athleticism in that backcourt .....

Fisher, who turns 36 next month, wants a two-year deal worth $10 million after making $5 million last season. The Lakers are amenable to a two-year contract, but it will have to be several million under $10 million.
The Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers have expressed interest in Fisher, who "wants to go to a championship team," said a source close to Fisher who requested anonymity during the negotiation process. "He feels he can be the final piece that can push a team over the top."
The Lakers hope to meet with Fisher's representatives next week.
"I don't think he wants to go anywhere and I don't think we want him to go anywhere," Kupchak said. "So there's a hope that you sit down and work something out, and I believe that will happen."
This does not look good. Also heard T-Mac is very interested with the Lakers, but want the Mid Level. Now that the Mid Level is gone, not such if this can happen. -
the cavs showing interest in fisher is intriguing to me. he wants to play for a championship team, but the cavs arent even close to that if lebron leaves

Damn, i am happy to see Gerald Green on the Lakers Summer league squad. Houston kid, so i have always rooted for him. He has so much talent and just need to put it together. Hopefully the year in Europe has humbled him out and he is ready to flourish with the champs.
Rest of the guys
Devin Ebanks, Small Forward 6'9" Age: 20
Derrick Caracter, Power Forward/Center 6'9 Age: 22
Gerald Green, Guard/Forward 6'8 Age: 24
Rob Kurz, Forward 6'9 Age: 25
Ibrahim Jaaber, Guard 6'2 Age: 26
Ben McCauley, Forward 6'9 Age: 23
Drew Naymick, Center 6'11 Age: 25
Frank Robinson, Guard 6'4 Age: 26
D.J. Strawberry, Guard 6'5 Age: 25
Courtney Sims, Center 6'11 Age: 26
Tyler Sanborn, Center 6'10 Age: 22
At least 3 players from this squad. Definitely Ebanks, Gerald Grean has a great chance if Shannon Brown does not resign, and the 3rd will most likely be one of the big guys. Should be fun. -

To be honest, i cant hate on Fisher. Dude has 5 rings, his daughter is feeling better, dude is in the twilight of his career, if that last big pay day is what he wants, more power to him. -

Same here. The biggest change this off-season is the fact that the WEST got weaker. We should be ok. -
