The thread's premise is "Chino XL has the best punchlines of any rapper" not "Chino is the best rapper". People are coming in here talking about flow and this and that. Chino's flow isn't his strong point, anyone can see that. But his punchlines are on point. Some of that Marvin guy's Cassidy quotes aren't even punchline and very weak. Cassidy is a good rapper, but he isn't seeing Chino "when it comes to punchlines".
