Are the deluxe tracks worth it?
We already heard The Recipe so if you like it, then yes. Black Boy Fly is my ? !!! Now or Never is one of the few songs I don't really care for off the album as a whole. And, last but not least, we still have yet to hear Collect Calls since it's an iTunes dlx bonus track. So yeah... -
Cuz amazon got the non deluxe version for $5 or $15 for the deluxe

Physical or mp3?? And, if it's the mp3 version, is Collect Calls on Amazon's deluxe version?
? , you still ain't listened to it!?!? -
sure this already been said but the cohesiveness and the story is what makes this album so great
i dont think its because its great song after song but because it connects and draws you in -
This already been said, but Rock spazzed out on Money Trees..lookin forward to his next project
-
Lol nope.
Mp3 & no it doesn't have collect calls -
Aww okay, well if you really want the deluxe, you're better off gettin it from iTunes
The bonus tracks are worth it for Black Boy Fly alone, but the $10 difference for 3 extra tracks is insane. -
Yeah I could buy the 3 separate & make the deluxe for $8 now that I think of it lol
-
I can't even remember the last time I could listen to an album from beginning to end without skipping all day.

Hell no, I've bn a Mary J fan forever, but that song is the album's weak link.
Don't Play This Song (Kid CuDi feat. MJB) >>>>>>> Now or Never (Kendrick Lamar feat. MJB) -

Punch asked me my thoughts about the album too. Looks like they recorded it at their main studio, two blocks away from where I use to live at when I lived in Carson.
Posting up on the IC doesn't get you advanced copies.I've been wanting to purchase a Kendrick album in a store for a while now, so I could care less.
damn ... u at least get a k.dot poster?
Naw, fam I have not posted a poster of a rapper on my wall in years. I could tell you people he has ghostwritten for outside of Dre though.
I hope everyone who likes the album supports. -

I won't drop any names. I was kind of surprised. Pretty sure there were more than who I was told. -
First of all, lmao @ the names these dudes come up with for publishing companies. I'm loving ones like "Hard Working Black Folk Publishing" and "FeedMyBabeez Publishing"

I don't normally buy rookie albums but from the couple of songs I heard off of there like Swimming Pools & The Recipe etc., it was enough for me to give a try.
Kendrick Larmar >>> J.Cole -
man drop that ? . he prob wrote for ye or even jay!

Those names did not come up, but anybody could write for anybody. Songs have to be selected. I'll say this, think West Coast rapper outside of TDE. I won't validate anything, but it was someone who would surprise some and not others. -

As much as I like cole i think kendrick is better. I would say that when they're both at the top of their game they are equal as far as the quality of the music is concerned. Kendrick is a better rapper though and he's a lot more versatile. -
Kendrick > Cole
