For real, them ? probably would have popped Ortiz as well if they knew beforehand that Ortiz was going to run his mouth this much.

This is the best example of when to apply the no snitching rule.

Ortiz and Vick's ex homeboys need to form a super group and call it En Vouge.

Nah, not if I was in the game just like he was. Plus, a 10-year sentence for a known snitch is <<<< A life sentence for a non-snitch.
And right now he's the most famous snitch in the country.
And that ad-seg ? ain't rock solid in the Pen. A dude that's in ad-seg with him will probably ? him up just to resurrect his own snitch rep. Happens all the time. -
Dead @ Hernandez killin the wrong snitch

This ain't the uncle that was being questioned but man this is crazy
The Bristol, Conn., man who died in a moped crash just after 1 a.m. Saturday is the uncle of former Patriots player and murder suspect Aaron Hernandez, according to a law enforcement source.
Robert J. Valentine, 49, of Stafford Avenue, died after crashing his moped on Central Street in Bristol. Valentine is the brother of Terri Hernandez, Aaron's mother, authorities said.
According to police, Valentine, 49 was heading north on Central Street near Church Avenue when he hit a curb on the right-hand side. Valentine lost control and was thrown from the moped onto a private driveway.
Police said Valentine was not wearing a helmet.
Hernandez has been charged in the Boston murder of semi-professional football player Odin Lloyd. Lloyd's body was found on June 17 in an industrial park a mile away from Hernandez's home in North Attleboro, Mass.
Authorities have also searched a home at 114 Lake Street in Bristol and have been conducting an ongoing dive search in Bristol's Pine Lake, where they believe the murder weapon may have been tossed.
Authorities are still investigating Valentine death. Anyone with information is asked to call the Bristol Police Department Traffic Division at 860-584-3030. -
No murder weapon found and relying on witness testimony which the defense can rip apart come trial time. Hernandez lawyers will use cross examination into the past of the co-accused and their participation in the crime.
Looks like a no guilty verdict or possible manslaughter charge.

Do you have any idea the MOUNTAIN of evidence against this dude? Cross-examination of the co-accused isnt going to change all of that. Also just because a witness may have some ? in the their past doesnt negate their testimony, ? every single big time snitch did some foul ? in their past thats why they are snitching. -

You are correct but at the same time witness testimony in this case is vital. The co-accused will be cross examined because testimony given to the cops before trial will be scrutinized from every angle (snitching/lighter sentence for participation in the crime etc). As of right now they have a lot of evidence except for the murder weapon. In a high profile case like this one the murder weapon is the cherry on the cake. Also, there are many people who have beat murder charges with evidence present but you have to prove to the jury beyond reasonable doubt.

True, but that works both ways. If there is a MOUNTAIN of evidence stacked against you, without the murder weapon. The jury can easily surmise that there is no reasonable doubt that he did do it. I just think there is WAY WAY to much evidence stacked against this dude. Stuff we havent even heard about yet. -
The Jury pool is tainted due to 3 underrated things...
1. Hernandez's "no ? given" attitude so far. (no matter how "innocent" you think you are, any good lawyer will tell you to show emotion to some degree.)
2. His gang affiliation
and most of all
3. The other murder.
These days, you can't find a juror that lives under a rock and doesn't know about top news stories. Too many media outlets and access to info.

Amish jury maybe?

The prosecution will have to explain to them what a Cell Phone is, what a car is, and what a surveillance system is.
And when they do, they'll call it "The Devil" and walk out. lol

Aaron Hernandez’s cousin has decided that jail is better than being labeled a snitch in her Bristol, Connecticut community.
A grand jury has convened to see if Aaron Hernandez should stand trial, and in the process they have to depose several key witnesses, to gather their information.
Hernadnez’s cousin, Tanya Cummings-Singelton, has no interest in turning states evidence, and has been jailed for contempt of court, and refusal to testify according to the Hartford Courant.
She has been held behind bars since August 1.
Prosecutors believe that Cummings-Singleton is the person responsible for purchasing a bus ticket for Ernest Wallace, who then fled to Florida.
Carlos Ortiz reportedly told police that he discussed the murder of Lloyd with Cummings-Singleton.

True..............but lets weigh the options here.........contempt of court >>>> accessory to a murder if roles were reverse she would be singing too......Hardest so-called criminals have crumbled in the face of 25 yrs to life. But it is what it is when you choose that type of life -
dont do the crime, if cant do the time

So if they never find the weapon what charges is he looking at?
I wana see him free nh
