Lopez gives us a consistent low post scorer. We don't have that right now. You saw how big Al Jefferson did damage to the Heat's frontline. Lopez could do that and we have a much better team than the Bobcats. -
Obviously Lopez would be golden right now but Blatche can score inside as well. Might not be at the volume of Lopez but we wont be starving for some low post scoring.

Look at today's game. When things were breaking down we could've used a low post scorer to get the ball to in certain situations. Blatche is solid but he's way too erratic.

When things were breaking down we still had a chance to win this game by more than 1 pt. If Deron isnt such a ? and makes his free throws and the Nets dont make careless turnovers this isnt even a discussion.

They were in it for more than a half. Then Blatche checked in around the 8 minute mark and singlehandely ? ? up. Turnover, missed an easy basket AT THE RIM (would have made it 54-56) , botched defensive assignment & gives up a wide open 3, turnover, turnover. Heat go on a 14-4 run, game over. Really amazing if you think about it.
