Im just gone say this, I learned about ? with female co-workers last year. ? is just awkward and messy. ? is tough, needless to say I dont work at that place anymore. not because of her but she helped push me in that direction.

A lot of them are just old buildings they revamped....not worth the money IMO
Like the Brown Building off 8th and Colorado is the old bank building my mom worked at in the 70's
