I thought David Stern was the commissioner. Damn I wish I was one of those sports savvy girls.
I like this Silver guy. He's firm, concise and to the point. I love these short sentence answers to the questions. They're short but so informative.
Has he expressed remorse?
No.
I love it.

Once your private matter is made public an employer can fire you under grounds of hostile work environment. If you are in the kkk and no one knows I can't fire you but if I know and especially if your co-workers know I can fire you.
I don't disagree with that. I'm just saying you have to be able to prove it should it come down to a lawsuit. And saying "my black employees don't like Klansmen" isn't necessarily good enough.
He's done all that in the public eye for a long time
But keep ignoring the facts though
Whose arguing that? I'm one of the people saying that he should have been punished for that stuff a long time ago.stilldat_dude wrote: »I can't dumb it down any further for you, but trust me if your employer is an at will employer (which most US employers are) then they don't need a reason to fire you (trust me I'm 5 classes away from my MA in HR Management and see it done several times and had it done once to me)
It ain't about dumbing down, the way you wrote that ? was confusing. You needed to use some quotation marks or something, but I got what you're saying now. After reading up on the "at will" stuff, I retract most of what I said. I didn't realize there was that distinction. I guess it's different for government and government oriented jobs than for most other jobs. You learn something new everyday.
