Hernandez lawyer just tripped up the officer on the stand about videotaping/ taking pics of all the shoe prints out there except for the ones his supervisor told to him to take and video.
So other shoe prints out there but police didn't make note of those.

Mistake in police officer crime scene log book and it was reviewed by a sargent. -
The state might try to do to her the same ? they did to Greg Anderson during the Barry Bonds trial. The state used to call on Greg Anderson to testify against Bonds but he wouldn't do it so they held him in contempt of court and had him locked for the maximum amount of time they could each time he wouldn't testify.
Might backfire in this case cause she has very young daughter who might not even be 1 yet. If they lock her up just cause she wouldn't testify against her fiance and child's father people on the jury might look at the state case as being extra weak and they trying to bully a young mother.
This is going to be a crazy ass situation.

Been watching this trial and the defense lawyer seems to be sonnin' every witness the prosecution calls.
Defense lawyer has been on a streak since he got the detectives in this case to admit some evidence was not properly secured correctly.

I'm not sure you understand the legal process. Yes if one juror dissents it's a mistrial but best believe they're gonna try his ass again and again and again. For him to get completely off he needs all 12 jurors to think he's innocent. -

The state has to convince 12 and the defense only has to convince 1.
