These ole Post slavery traumatic syndrome voting ass negros!!

These uber religious think ? put Obama in office, and he "anointed" Hillary as his predecessor.

Smh @ Hillary tiptoeing around black people with a "grab-bag" of social justice grievances (Sandra Bland was murdered!!, Obama has been disrespected by Republicans!!).

And old black people lap that ? up like grape kool-aid. Once Hillary gets in office we'll be a forgotten constituency, while she focuses on ? , Illegal immigrants, and equal pay for women.

    Just like Obama did......

I think that may be a portion of it, but another reason Bernie lost might be that people are realistic in what can and can't be done with a partisan congress. U can't claim to be socialist in today's political climate and expect to win ? . "Free college! Single payer healthcare!! Dont worry, the same rich people who want smaller government will pay for the plan!" Smh and yall bought the ? , caught up in the hype lol.

Furthermore, sanders was unknown prior to this election cycle but because Big Mike endorsed him, he's supposed to be our pick?? Only idiots voted for Obama thinking he'd be the black superman in "post - racial america", but I'd bet you're better off today than u were 8 years ago...

What I dont get about the logic in the bolded is...the same congress that would block Bernie's grand plans would undoubtedly block Hillary's plans.

If we're to pick based off of who will be able to get things passed the republican controled congress, we might as well pick a republican

Well, Since many people seem to be judging her off of her husband's past presidential misdeeds, her the credit of having him be able to reach across the aisle, as he did while in office. One of the things that made Clinton get so much done has his ability to make deals. Sanders is going in saying he's a socialist. It's just not smart. Neither is having your main supporters being the one group that traditionally don't vote in primaries: 18-35 year old minorities. [/quote]

He only made deals because he gave the Republicans exactly what they wanted

Tougher crime laws / disproportionate sentencing
NAFTA (blue collar workers which are supposed to be the democrats base were most adversely effected)
    De-regulated wall street.

Bill clinton was a pretty right-wing democrat. And Hillary isn't too far off herself. They are both deeply tied to Wall Street and big banks.

Obama had Goldman Sachs endorsements twice when he ran. As president you're going to have to work with them especially if you plan to regulate them the way you're intending.....

I think theres a problem being tied to them when the interests of the middle class and Wall Street/ Banks are starting to collide. Hillary Clinton isn't intending to regulate anything on that side.

That's not true tho. You're never going to be able to rid of the middle class because that's where your teachers, nurses and blue collar workers are and needed by society. Politicians say that to get you to rally behind them. Wall Street is not the one responsible for them. There will always be rich and the poor and yes the middle. Why do you believe their interests are beginning to collide ?

Hillary SAYS she'll regulate hedge funds - that needs to happen. And she's the only one who realizes they aren't regulated and now pensions and insurance companies are reaching out to them to manage their finances SMMFH.... Scary tbh...

And it's not even just Wall Street and Banking...it's corporations in general. When you have companies making record profits while wages for workers stagnating that's colliding interests. And as you probably know Hillary has deep ties and history with Walmart.

What makes you think that the same Republican congress that wouldn't even think of passing any of Sanders's proposals will pass a Clinton proposal to regulate hedgefunds or insurance companies?

? been improving and moving forward for a while and will still go forward.

Just the next president gon get all the credit for what Obama set in place

United States has the best economy right now on Earth ,people want to see terrible economies they should check out some of these European nations with high inflations and 20% Unemployment rates etc.

    Thank you !!!

The economy is in the best shape its been in since the 90s right now. Europe, China and Canada are beat right now. America is the only major country sitting pretty good right now.

I hear the Canadian dollar is bad rn that true?

I was reading this article about US economy an and how the global economy relies on American Consumers for growth.

Here is some links to those articles

    http://www.economist.com/news/leaders/21643188-world-once-again-relying-too-much-american-consumers-power-growth-american-shopper

    http://www.economist.com/news/united-states/21643196-all-sorts-americans-are-feeling-more-prosperous-last-proper-recovery

Here is a couple of quotes

"Firms added more than 1m net new jobs in the past three months, the best showing since 1997 (see article). Buoyed up by cheap petrol, Americans are spending; in January consumer sentiment jumped to its highest in more than a decade. The IMF reckons that American growth will hit 3.6% in 2015, faster than the world economy as a whole. All this is good. But growing dependence on the American economy—and on consumers in particular—has unwelcome echoes."

While the economy is better, but many ppl have seen minium gains

Including blks, young ppl, blue collared workers, low skilled workers, etc

If you are in that boat, understandably you aren't to be pleased with how things are going

Not to mention income inequality has grown, which hurts economic growth, and will continue to grow without some sort of an intervention

    And social mobility is down

Not one administration or single event is to blame, but let's not sugar coat things

United States had pretty much the best economy on earth as it was going through recession. That statement means nothing because the majority of that economic growth is concentrated at the top. We continuously post income inequality statistics, CEO Pay statistics, upward trends of cities that increased the minimum wage, yet still people continuously trot out these, "golly gee the US economy is terrific," statements.

i think i'm not getting is how Hillary gets them back the House and Senate, particularly the former.

it's fair to say Obama's connections to the banking industry haven't been his strong suit while in office. it also helps that he ran against Clinton in the primary, so neither could rip the other for it.

Which raises another point... people are constantly talking about negativity from Sanders supporters however the vast majority of negativity I see online is from Hillary or "other" supporters against the Sanders bunch.

Lol as much as you dodge the republican tag, preferring to go as a conservative as if there is a difference anymore, you sure do have the republican fear tactics down to a T.

The people who actually lived through the civil rights era (65+) didn't think he was all that important to the movement. They didn't vote for him.
