I don't agree with abortion in alot of cases but I'm still pro-choice.

Life IS important, I just find it amusing how we pick and choose WHEN it's important. A ? can abort 50 babies and have the freedom to have more, but here we go acting like this is reprehensible and should receive a punishment saved for the worst of murderers.

    Semantics.

Well... What she did was beyond reprehensible and she should receive a harsh harsh punishment. From any pro choice or pro life standpoint what she did was terrible. There is no argument in semantics here.

I don't get it tho - is it to say that since abortion is legal, this should be legal ?

? off with this pseudo intellectual ?
I never heard a rational person debate whether or not a live baby was a human
    She killed a human
There is no debate to be had
So since she killed a human, the most vulnerable, she should be punished as such
This ain't got ? to do with what she can do with her body
    What's next?
'Well the kid was 3, that's just a really late abortion'
    Disgusting

This wasn't some scared 13 year old girl. This was a 21 year old woman who deliberately suffocated a newborn in a garbage bag. The text bragging is what confirmed her as a murderer.

i don't think late-term abortions are legal unless the life of the woman is in danger.

It's hard for me to see that clearly but doesn't that graphic corroborate what I said?

I see eight states plus the District of Columbia that has no ban in place at all, meaning had she gone to a clinic just days before killing her baby would have been perfectly legal.

So no matter the time if its still in the ? and done in a dr office to some its ok and no problems with it but pushing the baby out on a bathroom floor putting in a trash bag and setting outside still no problems because if it was done in a dr office it equals the same results.

? that ? that ? is deserving of everything she got and them some.

Nah, she definitely deserves to do some time. I just think life without parole is too much.

^ Probably should've led with that instead of "Abortion is ok, but leaving a baby in the middle of oncoming traffic isn't ?".

    Stop being dramatic.

I said that in my very first post, not my fault y'all can't comprehend.

Isn't life considered 25 years? Or is that just Canada?

2 kinds of life. Sometimes yes they say life when it really means serving 20-25 before you can see the board if your state still has parole. Sometimes life means exactly that life.
