Noone in their "right mind" would think that killing cops would bring about positive change,,, it doesn't make sense ;; AND emphasis on RIGHT MIND cuz they had to be in their RIGHT MIND to ochrestrate sniper killings....

most of these shooters are not really in their right mind imo but they still aim and shoot
