I honestly don't know if they are dating, and now that I think about it...he probably didn't like leave his wife for this chick, they were probably separated and having problems and the timing of the divorce and the dating rumors surfacing is just off...just so happened that they may have come to a head at the same time
But somebody asked me about maya angelou in another thread and I said I don't take away anything these people say or did, but in terms of teaching my kids and or using references for black people that we should hold in high regard or praise are the ones who are black, have a black spouse and black children
So I don't take away from maya angelou or Jessie Williams but these folks will not be people I use as examples or references for conversation or teaching. There are many more examples of people who complete the idea no just have peices -

Like I said in a previous thread most guys are not disciplined when it comes to keeping the flesh in check.
That doesn't necessarily mean they can't say something that's insightful and spot on though.
We all are damaged vessels in some way, if he ain't murdered nobody, ? nobody, hurt no kids, committed terrorist acts or nothing like that then he isn't any worse than anyone else.

I read that they are divorcing because his wife couldn't adjust to west coast life, too many fakes and not her scene, plus he's always gone for work. I don't know how reliable unnamed sources are, but that's what I read.

I get it. If you're some kind of super militant/hotep ass problack person, it would seem odd for you to date outside the race. However, not everybody that is for the uplift of the black community falls into that category. Jesse didn't say anything in his BET speech that he needed to obsessively problack to mean. Hell, he didn't say anything that you have to be black to mean or understand. There are white people that think they same way. Dude isn't even divorced yet. The fact of the matter is after the speech he dropped on BET talking about doing better for black women, being publicly seen with a white woman (or any woman) before the divorce from the mother of his children is final is tacky.
