Paddock opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, killing at least 50 and wounding hundreds around 10:15 p.m. during a performance by Jason Aldean at the Route 91 Harvest Festival, authorities said Monday.
Can those windows be shot out? I would think they are pretty thick because, of how high they are. And if they were someone should have heard the shots from inside the hotel.
A SWAT team blew open the entry to the 32nd-floor room of the hotel with an explosive and found Paddock dead, police said. The hotel was across the street from the outdoor venue.
He had a FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPON. Shooting out a window isn't going to be too tough. Those are hard to get even on the black market. -

I am aware of this. It doesn't make sense to me. You have a breach in window that 32 stories up and there's no alarm? But the smoke detectors were sensitive enough to go off from gun smoke? -

When the dust settles the story will be that this guy is not white, but a liberal biracial man whose mom was from Mexico, father was from Iran and step father was from Detroit.
