Damn, I just found out Kell Brook was attacked with a machete. The story seems a little strange, since he made himself so accessible to random people, but I hope he can box on the same level
Cant help but think Khan is somehow involved... Khan just randomly annouced he woulkd fight kell Brook yesterday... Also, isn't this the second or third time Brook has been attacked with a knife of some sort? What hood he from in the uk? -

when they had the a-side fighter in the lewis/tyson fight - the delayed broadcast rights was a non-issue
now they're kicking up dust and want to wait until 2016 (to most likely throw money in mayweather face and keep the fight in-house)
they might turn around and rob arum the fight for good.... -

If HBO goal is to really try and wait until 2016 for this fight they are going to be making a huge mistake.
First and foremost that is going to ? off the fans and the fight will lose some buyers cause people are going to see that 2 old men in boxing terms in 2015 are being forced to wait and get even older for a fight in 2016. The best fight between these 2 has already passed and now they still making them wait.
IMO Floyd or Manny is going to lose unless they get rewarded with a flat out robbery win. They already tried to rob Floyd with the Canelo fight. Arum already robbed Manny with the first Bradley fight.
Pushing the fight off for another year is not the smartest business play here for any party involved. -

its like mayweather challenging for a title. hes still the A side even though they are the champs.
in this case, showtime has the draw but they still have the smaller subscriber base.

When netflix decides to do live tv or streams. All cable will be over. For now, its a top "cable network". Its time is very limited though. HBO may not even be around other than its HBOgo app in about 10-15years... The network dominance it has over showtime is small in comparison to the subscriber ship of Netflix.
