Chance The Rapper has three arguably classic Mixtapez and now a major recording label offering him 10 million dollars deal after winning 3 Grammys for Coloring Book mixtape ... Is Chance The Rapper the Undisputed King Of Hip-Hop in 2017 because he wants to stay indie?
