It could be your building lean muscle as well so don't let the weight discourage you. The scale isn't always telling the truth per say. Try not to weigh your self for at least 2 weeks that ? can be discouraging and don't test your BMI until you physically start to see a difference. Like your clothes fitting looser. And like Jamel said do some cardio 15 to 20 minutes should do a lot for you and stop drinking beer and liquor B.

That is everybody. I have lost weight and gained weight back but my workout has stayed the same the whole time. The difference is the eating part.

I lost 4 lbs this week! I'm glad about that because I weighed last Saturday and the number was the EXACT same as the week before. :(

I will have that p90x by tomorrow. I will not jump on it until May. I have to get my mind right. So I guess I will Wii Fit it up until then!

I weigh myself whenever I feel like I am making progress. So usually that equates to once week. There is no reason to weigh yourself everyday unless your about to compete. You'll only get depressed and discouraged by doing that.

Yo I did three sets of windsprints, jump drills, and pushups this morning.
My groin is burning like hell. I had a good workout. I feel good that I did it myself when everyone else backed out.

Thats great man. Don't ever let your peeps get in the way of your workout. Thats why I work out by myself, so I don't have to deal with all the excuses my friends would try to pull on me. You got to get it yourself. ? bless.

    Yeah that's true.

I prefer working out alone anyway so I can turn on my Ipod and zone out.
