For my freeform cats, dont waste your time doing the towel rub during the first 5 months of hair growth. Wait till you get atleast 6 months of growth(without combing it) then do the towel rub for about a week and your hair should loc up quick.

Yea its still frizzy, but its pretty much loc'd up. I did the towel rub with about 2 months of growth and it didnt do ? . I tried again around 7 months and it loc'd up instantly. I'm still in the afro phase, but its mostly loc'd up.

Aye I've been wanting to grow my hair out for the longest but my scalp has a crazy dandruff problem so I always end up cutting it down..anybody got some suggestions? I use selson blue and it's alright is there anything more thorough?

I wouldn't advise putting oils directly on the scalp you might be allergic. I would to a test run first. I have a sensitive scalp I have to dilute the oils. -

Rosemary infused water is good for growth
I don't put any water. Just avocado with some rosemary essential oil in it.
